call center is
equipped with a state-of-the-art computer assisted telephone
interviewing (CATI) system, and supports 100+ interviewing stations. Our
team is
professionally trained for consumer and executive interviewing.
Pioneer has a multicultural focus, and maintains a staff of bilingual
Hispanic interviewers and supervisors at the Atlanta office to
specializing in research in the Spanish-speaking community.
In addition to our
focus on Latino research, Pioneer has conducted a variety of international
research projects in 15 countries.
