We take coding very seriously at
Pioneer; it is a crucial element to the overall success of any
project. It is not viewed as a clerical task, but a formal,
sophisticated process that usually requires a college-level education,
preferably with a liberal arts emphasis. This type of background
assures our clients that the quantifiable results of a survey will have
been formulated from respondents' comments in such a way that is easily
understood and utilized. Currently, we staff two employees with
advanced degrees in English who process coding at Pioneer. It is
